Online safety

Technology moves fast, and it’s easy to feel behind. But keeping communication open and regular helps everyone stay informed. Children will sometimes need help making sense of what they encounter online. That might include inappropriate content or messages from strangers—things that can be confusing or unsettling.
As a parent or carer, it’s important to step in when needed. It’s not about having all the answers—it’s about being available and paying attention.
