Children's therapies

Children's therapies include those offered by dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, plus speech and language therapists.

Therapists and dietitians are part of a group of health workers called Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), and all are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

We work with children who have been identified as needing specialist support and use our specialist skills to assess the need, working with work with families, nurseries, schools and others to ensure children and young people receive the help and support they need in everyday life and across different situations. Our aim is to give children, young people and their families the information they need, as well as ideas and strategies they can use to become confident and as independent as possible.

Children’s therapy services are funded by Sutton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
