Queen's Nursing Institute (QNI) organisational membership
Epsom and St Helier is proud to provide organisational membership for the Queen's Nursing Institute (QNI).
Membership allows nurses and allied health professionals to access a range of benefits from the QNI, including CPD webinars, career development sessions, and a political influencing programme for staff to gain a deeper understanding of how local health services are affected by political decision making at a national level.

- Monthly webinars for membership organisations
All nurses and AHPs within member organisations will be able to access the webinars. - Career Development for Rising Stars
Each year ESTH will identify two rising stars in the organisation to participate in career development support sessions. - Innovation and Quality Improvement webinar
All nurses and AHPs within member organisations will be able to access the webinars. - Leadership Programme
10% discount for every place taken up on the programme. - Political Influencing programme
Two senior nurses in each member organisation will be offered the opportunity to participate in political awareness programme led by an ex-MP and/or previous Health Minister.
The QNI has many kinds of resources available for nurses and AHPs working in the community.

Please note, all ESTH staff are welcome to access the QNI resources and webinars however priority will be given to staff working in the community for development programmes.
